Friday, May 5, 2017: Ninth Annual Ladies of Charity Golf Tournament
At Egwani Farms. Check-in, registration & light breakfast at 8:00 AM followed by the start at 9:00 AM. Format: 4 person scramble – golfers of all abilities welcome for a fun time! Individual sign ups will be placed on a team. Cost: $75 per player; $300 per team. Please register by May 2.

Saturday, May 6, 2017: Whirlpool and Ladies of Charity 5K Run
Please consider joining LOC and the Whirlpool Whirlwinds Running Club for the inaugural LEAP 5K and Kid’s Mile. Begins at 8 AM on Neyland Drive. Post-race expo and awards will be held in Volunteer Landing. The race is open to both runners and walkers, and proceeds will benefit the LOC Emergency Assistance programs. Information on participating, volunteering or sponsoring will be posted soon.


Sunday, May 7: The 75th Anniversary Celebration of LOC
Mass will be at 5:00 PM at Immaculate Conception Church with Ladies of Charity members who are in their choirs at their home churches. Bishop Stika will celebrate Mass, and area Priests have been invited to concelebrate with him. (This Mass fulfills the weekend Mass obligation).

Join us for a banquet after Mass at the Crowne Plaza – Reception/Cash Bar at 6:15 PM and Dinner at 7:00 PM. Free parking at Crowne Plaza with free trolley transportation before and after Mass. The MC for the evening will be Dr. Jerry Punch of Nascar, Football and ESPN fame with entertainment: popular music, show tunes, Glenn Miller, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley and more from 1942-2017 by Dan Murphy and Natalie Kimbro – classical violinist from Sacred Heart Cathedral and Sacred Heart School AND the a cappella group from Bearden High School.
